Blue Christmas

S&S Blue Xmas


Supplies: Psp, Animation Shop, Font, tube, Embellishments ©Scrappy Expressions, Christmas tags [flowers/candle] animated by me, Green Brush by me.


S&S Supplies


1.Open one of the Christmas tags animated in your psp [duplicate and close the original

2.Go to Image/Canvas size and expand your canvas 600x600 pixels, center.

*You can change my image by one of your choice, just hit delete in your keyboard, but do not deselect and paste into selection [your image]*

3.Add a Drop Shadow to the tag: vert 0, horz 0, opc 60, blur 10, black.

4.Add the embellishments in separate layers, and apply the same drop shadow.

5.Add your watermark and your nickname with a nice font.

6.Add the green brush in a new layer and arrange this back to the tag, apply shadow.

7.Now it's time to open your Animation Shop program [AS]

8.Then in your psp step in the layers palette, hide the snow layers [2-3-4-5]:

9.Go to Edit/Copy Merged.

10.Run to your AS and Paste as new animation.

11.Return to psp and hide the snow layer 1 and unhide the snow 2.

12.Copy merged and go to your AS and paste after current.

13.Return to psp and hide the snow layer 2 and unhide the snow 3.

14.Copy merged and in your AS paste after current.

15.Back to psp and hide the snow layer 3 and unhide the snow 4.

16.Copy merged and in your AS paste after current.

17.Again go to psp and hide the snow layer 4 and unhide the snow 5.

18.Copy merged and in your AS paste after current.

19.Finally play your animation and save your work, that's all.!

RicRac [Scrap Element]

Fallow this instructions you will create a lots of this.

1.Open a new layout in psp:

2.Active your selection tool, set to ectangle, and trace one in the middle of your layout, fill with a color or pattern, and deselect.

3.Go to effects and apply distortion effects/wave: you can play with the sizes:

4.Finaly crop around your ric rac, and save in psp or png format, and ready to use.

Kiss Me, I'm Irish

Corcel Irish tag

Supplies: Psp, Alpha Blue Jackpot HERE or HERE & Scrap Paper HERE & Bow HERE from ©Melissa SentimentalStyle, Font Circle Things 2 HERE, Tube of your choice. I use artwork from ©David Boller.

1.Open a new canvas 600x600 transparent in Psp.
2.Open the scrap paper SE_StPatricks_Paper_4 [duplicate & close original]
3.Open Font Circle Things 2 [minimize]
4.With your text tool active, draw a selection in the paper [I type letter o]:

5.Go to: EDIT/COPY & in your new canvas go to: EDIT/PASTE/PASTE AS NEW SELECTION.
6.Add a drop shadow, go to: EFFECTS/3D EFFECTS/DROP SHADOW: Vert & Horiz 2, Opac 80, Blur 7, Color black.
7.Repeat drop shadow but: Vert & Horiz -2.
8.Deselect, go to: SELECTIONS/SELECT NONE.
9.Now with your text tool active, draw a selection in the scrap paper & type a diferent letter [i type letter C].
10.Repeat the steps [5-6-7]
11.Not deselect at this point.
12.Go to: LAYERS/ARRANGE/MOVE DOWN:

13.Now Deselect, go to: SELECTIONS/SELECT NONE.
14.Copy and paste the Bow in a new layer of your canvas, add the same drop shadow before [step 6-7]
15.Copy and paste your tube in a new layer too [resize if needed] and arrange to bottom.
16.Add the same drop shadow before [step 6-7 but color #034A16]
17.Open the alpha & select the first letter of your nick.
18.Change the color, go to: ADJUST/HUE & SATURATION/COLORIZE:

19.Add the same drop shadow before [step 6-7]
20.Add a new layer, copy and paste in this the rest of your letters [resize 25%]:

21.Add a drop shadow but with this settings: Vert & Horiz 0, Opac 80, Blur 5, color black.
22.Arrange the layer with the Bow at top of the images.
23.Add your watermark & don't forget the ©Info of your tube [low the opacity of those at 40%].
24.Go to: LAYERS/MERGE/MERGE VISIBLE.
25.Crop the excess of your image, flatten All layers, & save your work!

Spring Has Sprung

Supplies: Psp, Polaroid tube HERE, SpringFlowers images HERE, Font, Elements & Tube of your choice. I use artwork from ©David Boller.

1.Open in your Psp the polaroid tube [duplicate and close the original]
2.Open the springflowers image, go to Edit/Copy.
3.Active your canvas with the polaroid tube & go to: Edit/Paste as new layer.
4.Place this layer between the others two.
5.Stand in the layer with the grey square.
6.Active your Magic Wand tool and select outside of square.
7.Then stand in the layer with flowers hit delete.
8.If you will be use a colorize tube: Change the blend mode of the flowers layer to Luminace(L).
9.If you will be use a balck&white tube, don't change the blend mode of the flowers layer.
10.Now expand your canvas, go to: Image/Canvas Size:

11.Go to Image/Rotate/Free Rotate/Left/30º check [all layers]
12.Now open your tube & go to: Edit/Copy.
13.Back to your canvas and go to: Edit/Paste as new layer.
14.Place the tube as you like in your canvas.
15.Now go to: Effects/3D/Effects/Drop Shadow: v&h 0, opc 70, blur 7, black.
16.At this point you can add some elements, brushes, etc...
17.Add your nick with a nice font or alpha.
18.Add your watermark & don't forget the ©Info of your tube [low the opacity of those at 40%]
19.Go to: LAYERS/MERGE/MERGE VISIBLE.
20.Crop the excess of your image & merge/flatten All, & save your work!

All Star

Supplies: PSP, Scratch Mask by me HERE, Scraps Elements from Memory Makers "Wild Sorbet" HERE [read instructions] and I Uploaded in HERE, Font and Tube of your choice, I use artwork from ©Jeff Lyons.

1.Open a new canvas 600x600, transparent in Psp.
2.Open the Scratch Mask, and minimize.
3.Back to your new canvas, fill the layer with a color or pattern paper.
4.Go to: Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image/Add Mask from Image, and apply scratch mask, Merge group.

5.Now from the kit, copy [MCO_PaintedStar] and paste as new layer in your canvas, duplicate this layer.
6.Then copy one of the other elements [MCO_Painted -Star or Flower], paste as new layer in your canvas.
7.Now copy one of the ribbons [MCO_Ribbon_Bits], paste as new layer, resize as needed, and move to the left.
8.Add Drop Shadow: v-h 0, opc 50, blur 10, color black.
9.Now copy 2 brads from [MCO_ColoredBrads], and paste as new layer, move to the corners of the ribbon, add shadow.
10.Copy your tube and paste as new layer, center over the star, add shadow.
11.Finally copy the [MCO_Swirly_Que] and paste as new layer, arrange this layer before the mask, add shadow.
12.Add your nick with a nice font, and don't forget your watermark and the ©Info of your image.
13.Merge layers visible, crop the excess of your image, and save.

Supplies: PSP, Font Typewriter Old Style, Stick frame w/scrap elements & wordart HERE, Eiffel stamp and tube HERE, I use artwork from ©Liuba Zelinskaya, Plugin Eye Candy 4/Gradient Glow optional HERE.

1.Open the Stick frame in your Psp, duplicate and close the original.
2.Expand the tag, Image/Canvas Size/600x600/center.
3.Now open the Eiffel stamp, copy.
4.Move to the frame canvas, and step in the bottom layer [inside grey].
5.Active your Magic Wand tool and click in the grey square.
6.Add a new layer and go to: Edit/Paste Into Selection.
7.Do not deselect yet, change the blend mode to this layer to Luminance(L).
8.Copy your tube and back to your frame selection, Edit/Paste as New layer.
9.Active your Move tool Home is Where the Heart is by AngieCorcel '08 and place the face of your tube in the middle of your frame:

10.Go to Selections/Invert and hit delete in your keyboard.
11.Then Deselect and change the blend mode to Soft Light.
12.Now paste your tube again as new layer, add Drop Shadow, and arrange the tube to top.
13.Add a new layer and active your text tool, font typewriter, size 48, foreground white, bakground black.
14.Type your nick, deselect, active your Deform tool and rotate the name pararell to the stick at the bottom, arrange this layer to bottom.
15.Add Drop Shadow, V -1, H 1, OPC 50, BLUR 5. OK.
16.Finally this is opcional, add the Gradient Glow to the word art [Home is where the heart is]
17.Go to Effect/Plugins/Eye Candy 4/Grdient Glow/Basic: glow 3 pixels, soft corners 25%, overall opc 100%. Color: Fat, opc 99%, ADD.

17.Add the same shadow before, add your watermark and the ©Info of your image, merge layers visible, crop the excess of your canvas, flatten all and export/save.

Supplies: PSP, AFee~Fresh As A Daisy Scrap Kit ©Scrappy Dayz, WordArt assamble by me, Font and Mask of your choice or use My Backg HERE.
Download my supplies HERE.

1.Open the Hearts in your psp [duplicate and close the original]
2.Go to Image/Canvas size and expand your image 650x400 center.

3.Active your Magic wand Tool and select the black border of the hearts.
4.Copy one of the papers and paste into selection. Deselect.
5.Now is time to fill inside the hearts.
6.You can use your magic wand tool, click inside and expand your selection, them paste the image you want into the selection, but in a new layer.
7.Repeat this with the other 2 hearts.
8.Arrange the new layers to the bottom [the hearts has to be on top]

9.Now step in the hearts layer add a shadow: v 0, h 0, opc 50, blur 10, color black.
10.Them is time to add the elements, and the wordart, be crative.
11.Add a mask of your choice in a new layer or use my backg.
12.Finally add your nick with anice font, merge your layers visible, and crop the excess of your image, flatten all, don't forget your watermak, save/export as .jpg format.

Supplies: Psp, Photograpy Angelina Jolie HERE, ScrapKit Memories ©Melissa SentimentalStyle, Word art, Polaroid frame, Alpha.


S&S Supplies

1.Open the Polaroid frame [duplicate & close original]

2.Open the photo you will use and Edit/Copy.

3.Active the magic wand tool and select the black frame in the polaroid image.

4.Go to Edit/Paste Into Selection.

5.Deselect.

6.Go to: Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow:

7.Merge layers visibles.

8.Now expand your canvas, go to: Image/Canvas Size/600x600/center:

9.Now is time to play with the embellishments, use your entire creativity [place then in separate layers and add shadow]

10.If you use the Memories word, just change the blend mode to Burn.

11.If you make your nickname with the Alpha I include, change the blend mode to Burn.

12.Finaly add your watermark and don't forget the ©info of your image.

13.Merge layers visibles, crop the excess of your image, flatten all and save your work.

Captivation

Captivation new 4-6-07


Supplies: Psp, Fonts [I use Dr Carbfred & Harting Plain], PlugIn Eye Candy 4 HERE, ScrapKit Memories from ©Melissa SentimentalStyle, I use the Photography Courtesy Of Stock Xchng, HERE. I will explain all the steps, but if you want to skip the shapes [rectangle&circle], HERE is my template.


1.Open a new canvas 600x600 transparent in psp.
2.Active your preset shape tool, set color palette: foreground black and background white.
3.Trace a rectangle in the middle of your canvas, settings like this:

4.Apply Effects/Plugins/Dsb flux/Gradient glow/fat:

5.Now apply Effects/3D Effects/Drop shadow: vert-horz 0, opc 70, blur 7, color black.
6.Duplicate this rectangle layer.
7.Open your image and select the eyes with your selection tool, set to rectangle.
8.Go to Edit/Copy.
9.Back to your canvas and active your selection tool rectangle and select inside of your white rectangle:

10.Add a new layer and go to Edit/Paste Into selection:

11.Deselect.
12.Active the copy rectangle layer.
13.Move this a little rigthdown side.

14.Active your selection tool rectangle again and select inside of this white rectangle.
15.Open one pattern paper from the scrap kit and go to Edit/Copy.

16.Back to the selection in your canvas and go to Edit/Paste into selection:

17.Deselect.
18.Add a new layer and active your preset shape tool, with the same settings before but use ellipse.
19.Trace the ellipse on the rigthdown corner of your image.
20.Apply Effects/Plugins/Dsb flux/Gradient glow/fat.

21.Now apply Effects/3D Effects/Drop shadow: vert-horz 0, opc 70, blur 7, color black.
22.Active your selection tool ellipse and select inside of your white circle.
23.Add a new layer, copy another pattern paper and go to Edit/Paste into selection:

24.Do not deselect yet.
25.Add a new layer again and copy another pattern paper and paste into selection. Deselect.
26.Now active the selection tool rectangle trace one in the circle, and hit delete in your keyboard like this:

27.Deselect.
28.Step in the first layer pattern paper of your circle, and change the blend mode to Overlay.
29.Add some embellishments to your image.
30.Add a text with a nice font or alpha.

31.Merge your layers visibles.
32.Don't forget to add your watermark and the ©info of your image.

33.Crop the excess of your canvas, finally flatten all and save your work.
