Supplies: Psp, Scraps Elements, Mask 083 HERE, Font or Alpha, Tube. I use artwork from ©Carolina Barajas and Scrap Kit from ©Melissa SentimentalStyle.
1.Open a new canvas 600x600 transparent in Psp.
2.Open the Mask 083 [minimize in your psp].
3.Open the Scrap Kit.
4.Select one of the scrap papers, Edit/copy.
5.Back to your canvas and paste as new layer.
6.Apply the mask, go to: Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image/Mask 083 [uncheck Invert mask Data].
7.Now Merge group.
8.Add a Drop Shadow: vert & horz 0, opc 50, blur 5, black.

9.Add some elements to decorate your tag.
10.Add your tube and apply the same drop shadow before.
11.Add your nick with a nice font or alpha.
12.Don't forget your watermark and the ©info of your image.
13.Finaly Merge layers visibles.
14.Crop the excess of your image.
15.Flatten all, save your work.
